Black Ban
Japan has in immigration black list. If you plan on visiting Japan, please make sure that you are permitted entry. Like some Hollywood celebrities, if you have had a criminal conviction, or you are known to be associated with drugs, you will not be allowed entry. You will be told to return home and apply in another 5 years if you are still persistent in visiting Japan. No guarantee! If you are caught with illegal contraband, you will be arrested, jailed and deported upon release and permanently black listed. For people who are jailed, Japan provides the best penal system for your rehabilitation. This is another reason for the low crime rate.
